While studying for her bachelor’s degree in psychology, Monica Lewinsky spent just as much time dabbling in non-school-related activities, from working at a tie shop to lending a helping hand to a high school’s drama department. After a while, studying and developing her work ethic, she eventually landed a job at the White House.

An unpaid intern at first, Lewinsky eventually landed a paid job in the Office of Legislative Affairs. After her tenure there ended, she shifted her sights to other ventures. Along with finishing a master’s course in psychology, Lewinsky also spent some time selling handbags, all of which she hand-knit herself. Nowadays, though, besides working as a businesswoman, she has become a vocal advocate for various issues, notably cyberbullying. Well, for all her hard work, Lewinsky now reportedly has a net worth of around $1.5 million.
